E texted to say that Noreen was brilliant this morning. We are now helping his wife who was very reluctant for any help (but has agreed) so E has put his call back in so we can help. Noreen put his wife at ease this morning when she washed her leg and changed her stocking. E is very grateful that his wife is getting looked after as well.
