Care2Care (Yorkshire) Ltd was established in 2014 by the company’s CEO, Gillian Smith. Having trained as a nurse and being highly experienced in care, Gillian’s background meant she formed Care2Care with a clear vision to create a client-centred organisation.

The company quickly started to grow and it wasn’t long before Gillian was joined by Zoe Sedgwick as Operations Director. 

Today, Care2Care is a multi-award-winning team of more than 100 people with exciting plans for the company’s continued expansion across the Yorkshire region.

Following Gillian’s original goals and aspirations, today’s approach to care remains a comprehensive and holistic one, ensuring the complete individual is always taken into account.
