Maybe you need to re-learn fine motor skills because of injuries sustained in an accident. Perhaps you’re living with a condition such as spina bifida, cerebral palsy, Parkinson’s disease or arthritis. Perhaps you need support to make the most of facilities and experiences outside of home. Or maybe your confidence has been knocked and you’d prefer to work with a specialist on a one-to-one basis in the familiar environment of home.

We’ll develop a specialised and individual plan in partnership with you. This can be as high or as low intensity as required and will be aimed towards helping you achieve your specific goals and targets. All plans will be approved by health professionals and delivered by our specialist and highly-knowledge Physical Activity Division team.
